Write a MIPS assembly language program that calculates the sum
of all the 8 hexadecimal digits used to represent the 32-bit value
loaded into register $a0. The sum should then be written into
register $v0. For example: If the hexadecimal representation of the
32-bit value stored in $a0 is 0x12345678, then the sum of all the 8
hexadecimal digits used to represent the value in $a0 is
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 36 (or 0x24) and the value written into $v0 = 36
(or 0x24).
