Q1: Design Use case and class diagram for the Hospital Management System. Whenever new patients are seen for the first time, they complete a patient info form that asks their name, add, phone no., and insurance company. Patients can be signed up with only one insurance company, but they must register to see the doctor. Each time a patient visits a doctor, an insurance claim is sent to the insurance company for payment. The claim must contain info about the visit such as date, purpose, and cost. The insurance claim can only be made at maximum 3 times per day.
