At a university, each student is assigned a username which consists of 2 letters, followed by 2 numbers, followed by 3 letters, E.g. MA92JCO. Letters must each be taken from the set (A.B.....Z) consisting of the 26 uppercase Latin alphabet characters. (a) How many different usernames are there if there are no further restrictions on what characters are allowed? A (b) How many different usernames are there if the first two letters must be distinct (different) and the two numbers must also be distinct? (c) A student's name contains 10 different letters. How many ways are there of choosing 3 letters from this name for just the last part of the username, if repetition is not allowed and order is not important?
