fatigue in his lower extremities upon walking. If he rests for 5
-10 minutes, his leg strength returns to normal. If he talks on the
phone, his ability to form words gradually decreases. By evening
his upper eyelids droop to the point that he has to pull them back
to see normally. When he is asked to hold his arms straight out as
long as he is able, his begin to drift in few minutes. Doctor
performs electromyogram and blood work. Results show that Ali has
Myasthenia Gravis. Myasthenia gravis is an acquired autoimmune
disease in which the patient has developed antibodies against
nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at neuromuscular junction. List
