Molecular Weights: -NaOH 40g/mol -Na2CO3 105.9g/mol -NaHCO3 84.01g/mol A 2.5g soda ash sample was divided into 2 equal sample and analyzed separately through double indicator titration to determine its composition. The first sample (1.25g) was dissolved in water to produce a 250mL stock sol'n. A 100 percent pure Na2CO3 primary standard was accidentally poured in the sol'n. A 50mL aliquot was taken from this and titrated with 0.1M HCI. 30.070mL was measured using the methyl orange indicator. The second sample (1.25g) was dissolved in water as well to produce a 250mL stock sol'n. A 50mL aliquot was taken from this and titrated also using 0.1M HCI. Using the methyl orange indicator, 13.580mL was measured while 40.080mL was measured using phenolphthalein. a. Give the amount (grams) of the Na2CO3 accidentally poured earlier.
