COLLECTING BACTERIA FROM THE ENVIRONMENT You are required to write a protocol (Methods) on how you can collect and grow bacteria from any 2 environments of your choice (e-g toilet, behind your ear, kitchen etc) of your choice. You need to include the following subtopics: • Short Introduction about the environments you chose (the examples of bacteria found there etc) • Aims: Collecting and growing bacteria from 2 environments • Materials ( swabs, petri dishes etc) . Methods (How you will grow these samples in the laboratory, e.g. which growth medium temperature, no of days etc) Results Draw or find a picture that best resembles how the bacteria will look like after growth on growth media.
