Determine the BOD of the seed blank (i.e. using the seed blank as a 'sample'), standard glucose and glutamic acid and shampoo samples provided to your group. Show your full working out in your report. Hint: don't forget to include the dilution of the original shampoo sample you were given (6 marks) ii. Determine the Theoretical Oxygen Demand (ThOD) value based on chemical stoichiometry for your standard glucose (C6H1206) and glutamic acid (HO₂CCH₂CH₂CH(NH₂)CO₂H) sample.
