POCI; is an inorganic compound which is commonly referred to as phosphorous oxychloride or as phosphoryl chloride. At room temperature & pressure, this compound is a colourless liquid that forms fumes in moist air. These fumes are released because POCI, undergoes hydrolysis in the presence of moisture to yield phosphoric acid and hydrogen chloride (which evolves as fumes). Consider this reaction for the questions below: 3PC13(s) + KCIO3(s = KCl(s) + 3POCI;(8) a. Draw the best Lewis Structure of the product (POCI:) that is produced from this reaction.

b. Identify the molecular geometry (shape) of the product that is produced from this reaction c. Identify the hybridization of the central atom(s) of the product that is produced from this reaction. d. Identify the number of x bonds and o bonds in the product that is produced from this reaction. e. Is the product that is produced from this reaction polar or non-polar? f. Identify the type(s) of intermolecular forces that are present in the product that is produced from this reaction. g. Write the equilibrium-constant expression (K) for the given equilibrium reaction, which is taking place in the production of iodine monochloride. h. Predict the direction of shift if KCl is removed from the equilibrium reaction mixture. i. Predict the direction of shift if POCI, is removed from the equilibrium reaction mixture. j. Predict the direction of shift if PCl, is removed from the equilibrium reaction mixture.
