Consider substitutional adsorption on the Si(111)7x7 surface.
Assuming that adsorbate atoms substitute Si adatoms in the DAS
structure, determine the composition, 𝜃a and 𝜃Si, (a) in the case
when all Si adatoms are substituted and (b) in the case when all Si
adatoms in only certain 7x7 unit cell halves (for example, in the
faulted halves) are substituted.
