1) A race car accelerates as it approaches the start of a racetrack. It completes 1 lap of the circular 1505 m track. The car was uniformly accelerating through the whole lap, and took 45.6 seconds for the whole trip. If the car's acceleration over the trip was 1.58 m/s?, calculate: a) the car's speed at the end of the lap (3 marks) b) the car’s velocity at the end of the lap (2 marks) 2) A t-rex sized duck has bitten onto a car! It is refusing to let the car go. The car pulls on the duck with a force of 16600 N as it tries to drive away. However, the car cannot move the duck, as the force of starting friction between the duck and the ground is equal to 18700 N.
