Architecture project All I need is the concrete project
done
For the Projects
Complete environmental analysis (recall the assignment) – solar,
wind, rainfall, etc… Provide charts from Climate Consultant. Add
your plan outline into to the diagrams. Describe in section the
solar shading, wind direction and flows, and other environmental
considerations.
Provide a short narrative of your decisions.
Illustrate precedent analysis and construction details. Recall
the projects we looked at in the lectures and those you looked at
independently.
Illustrate material choices and details.
For both the Concrete Project and the Steel Project
Complete the Plans and Sections. 2 floor plans, 2 sections
1/8”=1’-0”, site/roof plan 1” = 40’
Complete the column grid. Indicate structural bays with dashed
lines in all drawings.
Provide detail of the envelope with materials (solid and
glazing), proper insulation (wall and roof), and appropriate sun
shading systems. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS - REMINDERS
