Q1 (a) i. Table 1 shows the availability of OSH personnel/requirements/plants at two (2) different construction projects. Choose either Project A or Project B. By assuming both projects comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and Regulations (Act 514), elaborate the possible criteria of the chosen Project in terms of project value and the number of workers. Cite the referral section under Act 514 for each criterion. You are allowed to make assumptions to answer this question. (10 marks) ii. Describe TWO (2) statutory requirements related to Factory and Machinery Act (FMA) and Regulations 1967 (Act 139) for project A. (4 marks)
