DETERMINE THE OPTIMUM BINDER CONTENT FOR THE ASPHALT MIXTURE Each student will be provided with the result of Marshall Mix design. Based on this result, referring on the lecture note (Chapter 2), online searching etc. (1) Complete the analysis of the Marshall Mix design by completing the table provided. (ii) Then, plot the curve of Marshall properties (iii) Based on the curves of Marshall Properties, determine the Optimum Binder Content (OBC) of the asphalt mixture. (iv) Get your particular bituminous mixture in TABLE 1 according to your number in the TCIS attendance list as given in the APPENDIX.
