a- After conducting the experiment to determine the calorific
value of solid (bio mass) and gaseous fuel (natural gas), the
following readings are recorded and tabulated in the tables 7 &
8. The fuel for which the calorific value is to be determined is
taken as a sample of mf and
vf Determine the Net and Gross Calorific values of
solid gaseous fuel and also find the mass of air required for the
complete combustion of solid fuel whose chemical composition given
in table 7. Remaining ash.
b- analyze, using the experimental results and theoretical
calculations, the combustion process and calorific values,
considering the sustainability implications, of the results.
c- evaluate the results from your experiments and theoretical
calculations, with a consideration of sustainability of each
fuel.
