A body of weight 10 kg falls from rest toward the earth with a velocity v. Air resistance on the body that is dependent on the velocity of a body is approximately 2v. Newton's second law F = ma, where a = dv/dt and m-10 / 9.8 -1.02. Two forces acting on the body are given by: 1) Gravitational force (F1= mg =10), 2) Air resistance (F2---2 v, negative sign as it opposes the motion) Since body falls from rest i.e. Vo) - 0. Finally, we have the following ODE: 1.02 (dvdt) = 10 - 2v Find the velocity of the body after time t- 3 sec. Use Heun's Method with step size 1 sec.
