Serving time (steam table is shut off) starts from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm. • One hour cleaning time for ALL areas starts from 5.00 pm, where ALL appliances and fixtures are turned ON All the appliances and fixtures in the specific areas will be turned ON/OFF only according to the above-mentioned conditions and working hours EXCEPT the CCTV system, refrigerator, and freezer, where were turned ON EVERY TIME. • The cafeteria is open all year round.
