It is subjected to a point load of 5 kN at point B, midway between A and C, and to a distributed load between point and the end of the beam at D. Draw the shear force and bending moment diagrams for the beam, stating the magnitude of the shear force and bending moments at points A, B, C & D and at point E which is midway between C and D.
