The no-load voltage of a three phase, 60 Hz, Y-connected
synchronous generator is 3464 V. When the generator delivers the
rated load of 432 kW at 0.8 pf lagging, the terminal voltage is
3117.69 V. If the armature winding resistance is 0.2 Ohm/phase,
determine the synchronous reactance of the generator and the power
angle. When the load is changed to 80 + j60 Ohm/phase, determine
the terminal (line) voltage.
