Question 1 we have a binary system with 1's and O's are being equally likely sent. An AWGN with power spectral density 10 10 W/Hz is added to the signal. The signal is encoded using bipolar scheme with A/2=9mv ,and the transmission data rate is 100 Kpbs. a) find the bit error probability Pe b) if the bit rate is increased to 1 Mbps , what is the value of A/2 needed to attain the same Peas in part (a)
