You are required to design a circuit, which acts as a sensor for
moisture in soil for a plant with the following three digital
outputs.
(NOTE: moist soil has lower resistance)
1. HIGH- When the plant is fully watered
2. MED- When the plant has some water but this can be
increased
3. LOW- When the plant needs water immediately
