9. In the circuit shown below the switches Sį and S2 are initially open and the capacitors are uncharged. from $2 子。 = 9uF C, R, = 2 x 10 E = 30Y R R2 = 3x10 C2 = 18uF

(a) Switch Si is now closed. Six seconds after Si is closed (i) what is the charge on Cı? (ii) what is the current through Rı? (iii) what is the electric potential energy stored in Cz? (b) If now, at six seconds after switch Si has been closed, it is opened and S2 is closed. (i) Determine the charge on C2 18 seconds after S2 is closed and (ii) determine the potential difference across R2 at this time.
