There is a short air gap of 0.5 mm of the same cross sectional area. An mmf of 200 A.t is applied by using a 100-turn coil to this magnetic circuit. Calculate: i. The total magnetic flux in the toroid ii. H in the magnetic core and in the air gap. iii. The stored magnetic energy in the air gap.
