4. Design a controlled circuit with three independent inputs:
call them A, B. C, and one control input,
call it a, and three outputs: call them YI, Y2, Y3. Using the
control line a, the circuit should be able to
ether transfer the input as output without changes, or rotate them,
as follows
if a =0, then YI=A, Y2 = B, and Y3 = C
if a = I, then YI - B, Y2- C, and Y3 = A
a) Start with the truth table for the three functions.
b) Then find the output functions for Y, Y2, and Y3 based on
your truth table.
