2a) Three packets coming from three different computers has to
transmitted at times: 0s, 20ns, and 30ns, using the Channel
Partitioning Multiple Access (MAC) Protocol of: Time Division
Multiple Access (TDMA), with a six slot fixed frame, each having a
slot time of 10ns. Draw a diagram showing the first six-slot frame
of this technique.
2b) Discuss one advantage and one disadvantage of using a random
access protocol such as Slotted ALOHA versus using a “Taking Turns”
protocol such as Token Passing.
