Company Description Rearden Steel is a steel manufacturing organization whic was founded by CEO Hank Rearden in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A recent employee survey revealed that employee experience and work motivation have declined since the previous measurement six-months ago. Employee productivity has declined over this period as well. Rearden Steel compensates workers with an industry-leading hourly pay rate with a competitive total rewards package. As Human Resources Leader for Rearden Steel, you are tasked with creating a plan to motivate the workforce and create a better experience fo employees.
