6. Slav N. Lee, a California licensed real estate salesperson working for N. Dolent Real Estate, regularly delayed more than 90 days before reporting a property pending or sold on the local MLS, if he reported this change at all. Slav's delays called into question the accuracy of listings on the local MLS, caused an administrative nightmare for the MLS, and upset other real estate professionals and their clients by wasting their time on listings that were no longer active. Each of the following is a potential penalty that the MLS can impose on Slav and/or his supervising broker, N. Dolent, for failing to update the MLS with information on pending and sold listings within 48 hours of change of status, except Fines imposed by the MLS. b. Suspension of Slav's (and potentially N. Dolent's) MLS privileges. MLS refusal to accept new listings from Slav and/or N. Dolent Real Estate. d. Revocation of Slav's license as a real estate salesperson and/or of N.
