Digital Limited entered into a contract with GAAP Limited on 2 January 2018 for the supply of the decoder and the digital dish as well as the installation of the dish on GAAP's building. Digital Limited promised to perform their obligation on 25 January 2018. GAAP Limited was to pay an amount of R1 000 for the installation and R2 500 for the supply of the products. The payment was to be made in advance on 15 January 2018. According to the terms of the contract GAAP Limited will obtain control of these products on the date of installation. The decoder and the dish were delivered on 25 January 2018 but the installation of the dish was done on 1 February 2018. The payment was received on 20 January 2018. REQUIRED: Prepare all journals relating to the information presented above in the general journal of Digital Limited assuming that: i. ii. The contact is cancellable in the event of non-performance. ii. The contact is non-cancellable.
