For experiment 3 you will need to prepare serial dilutions of
serum samples (see details on page 23 of the Laboratory Manual).
Indicate below what volumes of “sample” (from the prior tube) and
diluent will be needed for the two-fold serial dilutions indicated
if you will need a final volume of 400ul in each tube
