Have a question ang acidification of lake !!! The course book
states that when the lake's own hydrogen carbonate ions react with
hydrogen ions (which cause acidification), carbon dioxide and water
are formed, this should counteract acidification. I do not really
understand how it is connected? If carbon dioxide is formed, should
it acidify the lake further? Do not understand how to raise the pH
value?
