Ranking from the highest to lowest boiling point is as
follows:
MgCl2>NaCl>Na>Cl2
Can someone explain the whole charge beats distance idea with
Coulomb's law, I know Sodium has a larger atomic radii and a +1
charge whereas Cl2 has a -1 charge but why can you conclude that
sodium would have a higher boiling point than chloride?
