An electro-pneumatic system, consisting of double-acting cylinders and double solenoid directional control valves, is to be designed for performing a loading test of a specific consumer product. Requirement: A pushbutton is pressed momentarily. After a period of THREE seconds, the three cylinders (A, B, and C) will operate for ONE complete cycle according to the following control sequence: START, delay 3s, C+, A+, delay 0.5s ,C-, B+, delay 0.05s, B-, A- Given: Input Address: X40 - X47 Output Address: Y40 - Y47 Internal Timer: TMYO - TMY99 TMXO - TMX99 TMRO - TMR99 Internal Counter: CT100 - CT143 Internal Relay: RO - R49 (a) Group the sequence into suitable cascade groups. (b) Construct an 1/0 assignment table for all input and output devices to facilitate the programming of a programmable controller. (c) Draw the required PLC I/O wiring diagram. (d) Design a NAIS type PLC ladder diagram to control the above sequence. (e) Give an application that is using PLC.
