1. What is high-fructose corn syrup? In chapter 2, we learned that organic molecules build life. But when you drink sodas, if you look at the label, you will see high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) as sweetener. What is high-fructose corn syrup? Why is corn? Does it blame for obesity?
