Justify answer with a plausible molecular hypothesis in order to explain this.
(C) Evidence suggests that individuals with the DD genotype tend to have higher levels of ACE activity (i.e. expression) than II or ID individuals. Given that the insertion polymorphism is located in an intron, is this a surprising observation?
