The diagram show a plane taking off at point P at an angle of 28
to the horizontal. It reaches a height of 420 m at the point R
after some time.
a. Calculate the horizontal distance travelled from the take off
point P when the plane is at point R.
b. If another plane takes off at a distance of 250m from point P
and reaches the same point R at the same vertical height of 420m,
find ∠QSR, the take-off angle from point S.
