A dissolved Vitamin C (VC) tablet reacts with a standard iodine solution (0.500 M) as described by the following reaction: VC (aq) + 12 (aq) -> 21 (aq) + OVC (aq) + 2 H+ (aq) In the presence of starch indicator, titration of 9.60 mL of the standard iodine solution turns the VC solution a cloudy, deep purple/black color. Assuming the molar mass of ascorbic acid is 176.12 g/mol, what is the mass in milligrams (mg) of the Vitamin C tablet we used in this reaction? Sig figs please.
