2) (40 total points) We are separating n-butanol and water in a single distillation column with two feeds and a liquid-liquid separator. Feed 1 is 37.0 mol% water, the flow rate is F1 = 50.0 kmol/h, and it is a two-phase feed that is 45.0% vapor. Feed 2 flow rate F2 = 75 kmol/h and it is a saturated liquid that is 20.0 mol% water. The column has a partial reboiler and total condenser. The water product (flow rate = Dw kmol/h) is from the aqueous layer from the liquid-liquid separator at Xa. The butanol product (flow rate = BB kmol/h) is bottoms from the distillation column, and the water mole fraction is 0.04. The boilup ratio is 2/3 (Vbar/B). Find the flow rates of the products, Dw and Bg. Find the optimum feed stage locations and the total number of stages. Step off stages from the top down.
