stays at a steady 290K, which includes the inside of the
chamber. He can very slowly adjust the pressure of the chamber,
which means the pressure inside the balloon is approximately the
same pressure. The time lapse starts with the display showing a
pressure of 0.400 atm is compressed slowly enough to assume it is
isothermal until it reaches 1.00 atm. In these conditions
you can assume the helium behaves as an ideal gas.
