Solving with MATLAB code
In a 3 subsystem process there are 7 variables, 2 compounds and
4 main elements of the system. Subsystem 1 enters 100 kg / s of a
20% KCI solution, from subsystem 1 it is directed to the current of
subsystem 2. From subsystem 2 two streams separate, one stream of
water leaves the system evaporating to the other it enters
subsystem three with a 50% KCI. Two streams leave subsystem 3, one
stream of concentrated product (95% KCI) leaves the system and the
other returns to subsystem 1 with a concentration of 33% KCI.
a) Jacobi's method
b) the Gauss-Seidel method
