Using the HLB system make the appropriate choice of emulsifier blend and calculate what fraction of each emulsifier you will need in the blend to meet the HLB requirements of the oil phase. In your choice of emulsifiers also bear in mind the compatibility of the emulsifiers with the oils and with each other.
