8. A triangle bulk head is 7m wide at the top and has a vertical depth of 8m. Calculate the force on the bulk head and the position of the center of the pressure if the bulk head is flooded with sea water on one side up to: a) Its top edge b) Up to 4m from the bottom
9. A ballast tank is 15 m long, 12 m wide and 1.4 m deep is filled with fresh water. Calculate the load on the top of the tank on the short side if there is a head of 7m of water above the tank top. Also calculate the center of pressure on the short side.
