1. A Girl Guides unit wants to raise funds by selling cookies in the neighborhood. There are 7 teams to be assigned to 3 regions. Each team can sell in one region only and each region must have between 1 and 3 teams. The expected number of cookies boxes that can be sold in each region depends on the number of teams assigned to it, as shown in the following table: Number of teams assigned 1 2 3 Region 1 8 10 12 Expected sales Region 2 6 10 15 Region 3 7 13 14 a. Use Dynamic Programming to determine the number of teams to assign to each region in order to maximize the total number of cookies boxes sold. b. If exactly 2 teams must be assigned to the first region. Use the tables you constructed in part 1 of this question to find the optimal assignment of teams to the regions 2 and 3.
