Q: for the following modulating signal m(t) = 4cos600nt + 5cos 1000nt and the carrier signal c(t) = 18sin (1200k)at. if it is desired to obtain a DSB-LC system with ka =0.3333Hz/v. find: 1- Am, modulation index, M(f), C(f) and S(f). 2- Write the accepted mathematical form of the modulated signal, and the power factor 3- What would be the B.W of the modulated signal, and the power factor. 4. What should be minimum carrier frequency fc so that no frequency distortion would occur for the modulated signal s(t). Note: in DSB-LC the modulated signal s(t) = c(t) + ka m(t).c(t)
