Problem Description: A conveyor for a bottling process need to be started with a NO push release button. The conveyor can then be stopped again with a NC push release button. For safety reasons the system needs to be latched in a reset dominant manner. Two batches of bottles need to be conveyed from one point to the another in the factory. For every two batches transported the conveyor was started for 2 operations and an alarm Indicator should come on for 3 seconds to notify floor workers that the conveying process of two batches is complete. The automatic registering of the conveyor actions then need to be cleared with an additional push release button. Question: Design the following PLC program on CFC and create a Visualization component for the PLC VO in CodeSys Software. Log-In, Compile.
