Please I want to create university library management system
using java OOP and inheritance with file handling to save data to
it and get data from it and without using any database or GUI only
use txt files or csv files to save data.
The system will have two different sides, the first one is to
help the librarian to do his job and the other side for admin to
manage everyone’s permissions in the system.
AND USE FILE HANDLING.
