TCP Tahoe with Fast Retransmission is used to control
congestion. The maximum segment size is equal to 4 KB. Initially,
the threshold is set to 64 KB and the TCP congestion window is
equal to 32 KB but a timeout has occurred.
i) After how many consecutive successful transmission bursts
