Q4 Answer Q4(a) and Q4(b) based on Figure Q4. Huda and her team received a system request by Hotel Himaya, located at Negeri Sembilan. The hotel's management ask to improve their current booking management system. In the first week, Huda comes to the hotel to see the staffs' routine works using the current system. She sits at the receptionist counter, monitor the staffs and customers there. In the meantime, she also gathers all the forms they use like deposit form, check-in form, service and feedback form, etc. Besides that, her team will organize a weekly meeting every Thursday to collect all the requirements. The persons involve in the meeting are General Affairs Manager, Chief Finance Officer, Hotel Supervisors, and Hotel Receptionists.
