Consider problem MINIMIZE
f=5*x1^2+8*x1*x2+5*x2^2-34x1-35*x2+74 . If base simplex
is defined by vertices x1=[-2 -2], x2=[-3 0],
x3=[-1 -1].
Find sequence of four improved vectors using reflection,
Expansion , Contraction. We use reflection coefficient as 1.0
and 0.5 for contraction and 2.0 for expansion and 0.1 for
convergence check
