Question 2 (15 marks) An experiment was performed to measure the physiological stress resulting from using hand-held chainsaws. The kickback that occurs when a chainsaw is used to cut a 10 cm thick synthetic fibre board was measured. The variable of interest is the angle (in degrees) to which the chainsaw deflected when it began to cut the board. Below are the angles of deflection recorded for five random saws from each of four different manufacturers' models.
