Please explain why cis isomer of potassium cis-diaquabis
coxalato chromate(III) dihydrate shows higher absorbance than trans
isomer. In addition, Normally the peaks should be 416 nm and 562
nm, however the UV-Visible spectrum shows decay. WHY??
Cis Cr Abs vs nm in UV-Vis Absorbance 414 567 O 200 300 400 500 600 700 Wavelength (nm)
