You have a mixture of 3 proteins A, B and C which differ in the
following characteristics:
a. How would you separate protein C from the mixture?
b. You want to determine the amino acid composition of the
isolated protein C using ion exchange chromatography. Explain how
(a) the sample will be treated initially and (b) the amino acids
will be quantified as they elute from the ion-exchange column.
